Here at MCB we have always emphasised the importance of sustainability within the seafood industry and this has been reflected in the service we provide. Our collaboration with students from Sussex and York Universities has been very useful at elucidating areas in which we can have the greatest impact. Many of our initiatives have been so successful that we have appeared in many newspaper articles, on the BBC and we even won a People Environment Achievement award in recognition of our hard work.
